Party begins, and whoops, it's actually 80! Food isn't prepared, don't have enough staff, tables are not prepared Having worked as a server at multiple restaurants, management was undoubtedly the worst I have experienced, and openly did not care about their employees or what was going on on the floor whatsoever. Ultimately they would be locked in the office chatting, outside smoking constantly, or hiding in the bathroom every 30 minutes until you'd see them walking out with the sniffles They would openly talk about how much they hated being on the floor and actually dealing with guests and employees.
The only decent managers we had quit within the first few months of my employment, leaving the employees to basically fend for themselves with managers that had absolutely no experience- not even having a general manager for months. Once there was finally a new general manager, things did not change. Breaks here do not exist, despite the fact that they're legally required in Colorado when working a shift of 5 hours or more.
I took about 5 breaks in nearly a year working here, and those were only when I worked long doubles. It's not a reliable job due to consistently low sales and poor management. Because of all of this, server turnover was high, so usually half of the staff had no clue what they were doing, had no serving experience, and knew nothing about the menu.
Coworkers were fun, and for two months I made good money. I enjoyed this job because it was my first job. I was able to try out other positions and find ways to interact with customers in many interesting ways. A day at work can be a little stressful but you just have to know how to handle different situations that may arise it's true that not every is true. Fun night club job. If you are looking to break into working the night club scene Lucky Strike is a great place to start.

You should be able to multitask if you want to work here. Great Place. Lucky Strike was a great place to work and gain more knowledge for my future. I wish he didn't retire and I was still working there. Miss all the employees. Work Environment. Lucky Strike has zero identity. The "Home Office" believes that there is a culture but they are out of touch with reality of the field. The budgets are funny and unrealistic. Ok place to work.
More than just bowling
Work load is not heavy, hours are only long during holiday time, and pay is only ok. Experience depends almost entirely on other co-works and there is not a lot of room to advance. I hated it there. The manager was great, allowed you to grow and learn new things and also allowed to apply for a different position. Plenty of work to do at this place.
Some servers were not fair with tipping. Not for me. I was the owner of this business for two years. It was a very stressful job as the were times i had to bring my daughter to work with me from open to close.
The hours were way too long and i was the only employee. It was also very hard for me to take days off.
I enjoyed my time working there for meeting new clients every day. The staff was amazing and very team oriented. Can be fun, but lacks communication and organization.

No lists of duties or sidework, its an honor system before you go home, leaving extra work for some people who actually care. Nightlife becomes hectic and chaotic with the clientele having gone down. If you close on weekends, you'll be there til am, if you're behind the bar its am. Also, couple managers talk down or belittle you. Not cool. Co workers are amazing people, food is great and as a server i felt the kitchen was well run.
Fun and Exciting work Environment. The most fun I had a job since my college days.
Fun fast paced work environment. It felt like family from the top down. Great company to work for!!
Fun! - Picture of Lucky Strike Bellevue, Bellevue
Working for this company was a stressful nightmare. The lack of communication between management and management and servers left almost every shift an absolute train wreck. Due to a lack of punishment, almost every shift was at least two people understaffed. The communication in the building was so poor schedules were often sent out one, maybe two, days before the following work week making it impossible to schedule anything in your life outside of work and making the option of having another job impossible.
Little did we know everyone working was on their worst behavior. After that poor performance we visited the gaming section, we go to get "points" or to fill our cards and the people at the front seemed so disinterested in helping us, very poor customer service. I don't think I will ever be back here after learning how bad their service is and how if you spend hundreds here you don't matter to these people.
